David’s career focus has been helping people during some of the most difficult times in their lives. He has done so as a public employee in a variety of roles. He has also exemplified that focus in the private practice of law through client-centered representation in matters involving domestic relations, civil disputes, and bankruptcy. While his role at Chesterfield Bankruptcy Law is limited to managing and improving various aspects of law firm development, every bit of his focus remains to ensure that each client receives informed and compassionate representation when making the difficult decision to file Bankruptcy.
David is a native and resident of Chesterfield County; he and his wife are the proud parents of two beautiful children.
David graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 2012; he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, cum laude, from Virginia Commonwealth University.
David is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
